  2. Version 1.4 of DXLUST by OH3NWQ
  3. The ideal programme for a nosy sysop is now ready.
  4.  
  5. In short, it decodes:
  6.           - Packet Cluster (TM) protocol messages to plain text
  7.           - Net/Rom (TM) protocol messages
  8.           - Some of TCP/IP protocol messages and always the text
  9.             data in readable form.
  10.  
  11. It offers:
  12.       - Autobin TX/RX transfers (faster than YAPP or TCP/IP)
  13.           - FBB compressed reading of messages during a connect
  14.             to a mailbox. No unproto beacons needed. 
  15.  
  16. Furthermore it gives the console user up to 10 simultanious connects.
  17. Up to 40 incoming QSO:s to stations who will be announced about the
  18. DX spots and the Announcements that are sent between two Packet Cluster
  19. stations.

  21. So in other words this is a limited version on a DX Cluster without
  22. a connect to another Packet Cluster and without a burden to the
  23. busy packet frequencies.
